Terms of use

AEVYNEL Founder Beta is pre-release Windows software. By purchasing or using it, you acknowledge that features may evolve and bugs may remain during the Beta.

1. Product

AEVYNEL is desktop media-library software for organizing, indexing, searching, previewing and maintaining media used in editing workflows. AEVYNEL is software, not a catalogue or pack of copyrighted anime footage.

2. Rights to media

You are responsible for ensuring that you own, license or are otherwise authorized to access and use any media you import, retrieve or process with AEVYNEL. AEVYNEL does not grant rights to third-party content.

3. Founder Beta license

The Founder Beta license is personal to the purchaser and supports activation on up to two devices, subject to the licensing system. Redistribution, resale, publication or sharing of the installer or license key is not permitted.

4. Beta updates

Updates released during the Founder Beta phase are included for Founder purchasers. Features, interface details, compatibility and implementation may change as the product develops.

5. Availability and compatibility

AEVYNEL is currently designed for Windows. Operation can depend on the Windows version, hardware, local configuration, codecs, storage and network availability for functions that require an online service.

6. Support

Founder support is available through the website live chat and at support@aevynel.fr. Support does not require you to disclose passwords or payment-card details.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law. Checkout-specific conditions shown before purchase also form part of the purchase information.
